What do we have a lot of in Hawaii? Beautiful women and stunning beaches... right right? Well we also have the responsibility to take care of our waters. I'm hoping this art can bring some more awareness to that.
Just because you throw something away doesn't mean it makes it to the proper place for recycling or even decomposing. We have a duty to think about where it starts and where it will end.
A friend of mine once suggested that companies be responsible from beginning to end of its products and packaging. I don't know how we would implement it, but if some of these bigger companies would just take the initiative we might have a chance for this world.
My call of action to you is the next time you make a purchase, just think, make good decisions and feel better about yourself and the world.
